Two bullets are loaded into a six-chamber revolver consecutively (in adjacent chambers). You spin the cylinder randomly and fire once; it clicks (no bullet fired). Without spinning again, you fire a second time. Is the probability of firing a bullet on the second shot higher if you do not re-spin the cylinder compared to if you do re-spin?
